MyNATCA Account Registration

To access all MyNATCA resources, Discord community, and member benefits, you need to register for a MyNATCA account using your NATCA member number.

What You Need

Before starting registration, you'll need:

  • Your NATCA Member Number (found on your membership card or documentation)
  • A valid email address (preferably personal, not work email)

How to Register

Step 1: Visit MyNATCA

  1. Go to the MyNATCA homepage
  2. Click "Sign Up" or "Create Account"

Step 2: Provide Your Information

  1. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  2. Enter your NATCA Member Number when prompted
  3. Complete your profile with basic information

Step 3: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your email for a verification message
  2. Click the verification link to activate your account
  3. You'll be redirected back to MyNATCA

Finding Your NATCA Member Number

Check Your Membership Materials

Your NATCA member number can be found on:

  • NATCA membership card (if you have a physical card)
  • NATCA emails or correspondence
  • Pay stubs (for current controllers)
  • Union documentation from your facility

Can't Find Your Member Number?

Contact NATCA directly:

Information they may ask for:

  • Your full name
  • Current or previous facility
  • Date of hire or approximate join date
  • Employee ID (if available)

After Registration

Once your MyNATCA account is created:

Immediate Access

  • Member dashboard with NATCA resources
  • Contract information and updates
  • Training materials and professional development resources
  • Event calendar and announcements

Discord Community Access

  • Join the NATCA Discord server using the invite link from your dashboard
  • Complete Discord verification with the bot to access member channels
  • Connect with members nationwide and from your facility

Keep Your Information Updated

  • Update your facility if you transfer or change positions
  • Maintain current contact information for important notifications
  • Review privacy settings and communication preferences

Troubleshooting Registration

"Member number not recognized"

  • Double-check for typos - member numbers are usually numeric
  • Try different formats - with or without dashes/spaces
  • Contact NATCA at 202-628-5451 to verify your member number

"Email already in use"

  • You may already have an account - try logging in instead
  • Use a different email address if needed
  • Contact support if you believe this is an error

"Can't receive verification email"

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Whitelist emails from mynatca.org
  • Try a different email provider if your workplace blocks external emails
