Before You Start

Not Verified on MyNATCA
Fix: Complete your MyNATCA verification first
- Log into your MyNATCA account
- Complete membership verification
- Wait for approval (1-3 business days)
- Return to Discord after verification is complete
Discord Verification Incomplete
Fix: Complete the Discord verification process
- Type
/registerin any available channel - Follow the bot prompts
- Check your email for verification codes
- Contact moderators if automatic verification fails
Roles Not Assigned
Fix: Contact moderators for manual role assignment
- Send a direct message to a moderator
- Provide your MyNATCA email and member ID
- Explain that verification seems complete but you don't have access

Verification Bot Not Responding
Symptoms:
/registercommand doesn't work- No response from verification bot
- Error messages when trying to verify
Solutions:
Check Command Spelling
- Type exactly:
/register(with the slash) - Don't add extra spaces or characters
- Make sure you're in a channel where you can send messages
Try Alternative Methods
